Ok I think this is not a problem only in this Panera Bread. It is almost any Panera Bread that I have tried they are the same way. First of all, their sandwich sizes are never the same, it's sometime very small, very sloppy, ingredients are falling out and no consistency. Their soups are ok, but the cup or bowel is never filled up for the price we pay. And the new Soba broth bowl, oh Gosh , they need to remove it from their menu. For 8 dollars and change there is little broth which is tasteless , the noodle is wheat pasta noodle, and the chicken is the same one they use for sandwiches or salads. They should just stick to soup and sandwiches. I just go there because it's convenient , and I'm a student who lives across the street from them and has no time to cook . So I'm kinda gave no other choice. Overall, all of their locatins need more consistency on their food portions and size.

It's a Panera. It's not the best one out there. Usually tables are dirty and require a bit of cleaning. It is rarely crowded. Things that stick out to me here: -They are often out of tea. -Their bread is usually under-baked a bit, at least the bagels usually. Or, one time, really burnt. Very strange, as usually Panera is fairly consistent across restaurants. -Their broccoli cheddar is always a bit watery? Again, weird. Staff is nice. They let you be. They don't go above and beyond or anything, but they do keep to themselves and are never rude. Overall, it's OK if you need to grab a quick bite, but I'd rather just run into Publix next door for a better sandwich.

I am in love with their turkey cranberry on flatbread sandwich! It is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had a long with their French onion and broccoli cheddar soup. this place is basically like a Starbucks with better food, I come here to do some work like I would at Starbucks and also relax and watch some Netflix while I eat. Service is great and I love how they bring the food to your table.

Waste of my money food sucked staff had no knowledge in the kitchen my soup sat on the counter for almost 10 minutes before the panini was done. when the half panini was done it was small Hardly any chicken on it no basil on it at all !! and If I wanted bread there was none to choose from because the shelves were empty. The creamy tomato soup was not good, wanted crackers they had none. Waste of my time and money and I'll never go back...had better food in a hospital cafeteria !!!!

This is the third time I go to this particular Panera. The first time it was okay, the second time, they didn't get my order right and the other order was missing ingredients. I usually don't review until the third or fourth time.. today if the day. I went in and ordered 2 Chicken Cobb Salads with Avocado, no gorgonzola. It took about 10 to 15 minutes. When I got my the salads, I decided to check them in case they were missing anything(because if the last experience at this place). Everything looked fine but then realized that the avocados were 50 to 60% black and spotty. I let the girl at the prep station know and one of women from the back told her she can't serve them if they're not good, they should be thrown out. The girl responded that they were all like that... I could tell she'd had a tough day already and I've been in that position, but if you're working for Panera or anyone, you're representing that company and you make them look bad when you don't do your job right. In the end, she gave me a whole piece of a halved avocado in each salad. Came home and realized they were missing the hard boiled eggs too. They really weren't that busy, but even if they were, their job is to be consistent regardless of how slow or crowded they may be.

This place needs to get its act together. I don't write a bad review until I have had 3 bad experiences. My average order is $30-$70 and I'm going to bring my business elsewhere. The staff got our order wrong, never brought drinks, never brought utensils, and when I went to get assistance the managers just looked and laughed. It wasn't until I called corporate on speaker to complain that they came over, realized I complained and said oh well and walked away. Not all Paneras a bad, I will have to find a new one. Warning if you are dressed nice they will judge you.

I enjoyed the Mediterranean sandwich the first time I was here. I came back and got it three more times was disappointed all three times. It was different every time! High school staff is rude and lazy. The first time I came in, I told the cashier it was my first time and she just stared at me instead of explaining the menu like I was hoping. I got the rewards card and tried to use it on several occasions. I kept being told I bed to register online but not once did they say if I kept my receipt, I could get my points retroactively. Parking is always very hard to find at lunch time so you have to park far and walk.

My $4.70 half-sandwich was the size of my palm. The kitchen was light/skimpy on all ingredients of the food I and others received. Food was also lined up on the pick-up counter and not taken to tables for many minutes as it got cold, then delivered by a disgruntled employee. Disappointed and won't be coming back.

The food is decent, but they are super slow. The crew talks way too much to each other and not focused on making the food .

I wish they come up with some gluten free pastries . I use to go for coffee in the morning but now since I have to have gluten free diet my life changed completely. They have a menu for gluten free but no bread or pastry available.Very good place to eat for regular diet otherwise.

Well, I'm really upset I paid for and ordered a meal online drove all the way to pick it up and their doors are locked they're in there but the doors are locked I finally found the number and called them and they said Oh the manager cancelled it would have been nice if someone called me before I drove all the way over here not very happy... And then they told me to have a nice evening and hung up Wow

The first time I came here, the service was AWFUL. They forgot to make my smoothie and got my order wrong TWICE. The staff was extremely rude & inattentive and I was very upset. I complained on the website listed online and on the website listed on the receipt. The manager called me and apologized for the bad service, and told me to come in any time for free service. Two weeks later, I went back to this Panera. I was treated to some free food and the service was much, much better. I came back again a week later, and the service was still good. Apparently, they switched managers in the store so things are running more smoothly. I recommend going, but beware of parking.

This is just an average Panerra location. Staff is just okay, not very friendly, not quick to get food out. The location could be maintained a bit better and the staff could use a few walkthroughs to clean tables up between customers. I used to love this chain, but has gone down a bit over the years! A bit of a shame!

    (2)
  • Rolando O.

I keep hoping the service will get better because i love the food. But, they seem to really get flustered when there is a crowd. I've had experiences where i call in a simple order and get there and no one knows where my order is. Having said that, i really like the chicken stew and the pastries. So just have some patience.

Delicious food! Delicious bread variety! If you like to buy a higher class bread for your breakfast or snacks, go to Panera. The Asiago Cheese Loaf is incredible!

Very poorly managed and operated. I have been going to different locations of Panera Bread for many years, and this location is by far the worst. Orders are consistently wrong and brought to the customer without utensils. Serving staff is often curt and very unhappy. Other locations are much better.

    (1)
  • Lance R.

As it's been said many times before Paneras are all about the same. However this location the help seems a bit dim. Other than that the food is good and relatively quick compared to other comparable options in the area.

Seriously, you'd think I'd learn my lesson by now. After a few more attempts at going to this panera I think I've kind of given up on it. Last time I went was with my mom, she had a Mediterranean chicken panini with autumn squash soup which was alright. I ordered frontega chicken sandwich and broc soup. I should have expected the watery soup however I'm currently pregnant and as I was picking out the onions from my sandwich and noticed the chicken was completely uncooked; since when is chicken suppose to be pink/purple with noticeable veins in it. Furthermore my mom took it back up to the manager to get it changed and show him and he said it's the way it's suppose to be because it's smoked. What???? Thank goodness he said he would change it for whatever else anyways but after this I can't trust it anymore. I'm so glad that I have a thing against onions and looked inside the sandwich. I hope that in the near future this panera will improve. :/

Over the years we have had a few restaurants come and go but nothing all that decent. Before Panera Bread opened, the best things in this area were Ruby Tuesday, Cici's Pizza and Muddy Waters. Now you understand my excitement that we finally have a place that I like. The first 500 customers at the grand opening were given travel mugs and free coffee fill ups for the first 2 weeks. Hip Hip Hooray, free coffee for me. They offer sandwiches and salads and typical breakfast and lunch yummies. They have indoor and outdoor seating. And of course they have that awesome bakery area. The breads look good but it was the sweets and pastries that caught my eye. Welcome to the neighborhood Panera Bread

  • Vita L.

Let's be frank, Panera is the same no matter where you go.. Service is another story. Soups are good, they come packaged so no difference in quality unless it's not heated up. Overall I do love their creamy tomato soup with bread it comes with. Employees are all young and a bit careless but that's expected, it's another fast food joint just better quality chicken

    (3)
  • Allen N.

The food is standard Panera. My issue is with the service. This location just opened and I think they hired only lazy high school kids for this place. Service is pretty bad...been there 4 times so far.

Panera can't mess up anything EXCEPT for customer service! Second time here & these ratchet high school or college dropout employees are SO rude, slow, careless......

Ok, it's true. The food is Panera good and I really cannot complain at all. The service is its sticky point. They don't remember anything and tend to get the orders messed up. They are friendly though so I bumped up the star level. Management needs to do a better job of training their staff though.

Stay way from this place. The staff has no knowledge. The hot panini was served cold, only the bread was warm but the cheese inside the sandwich was cold. The cappuccino had not coffee flavor, tasted like sweetened hot milk. I didn't like it! Not going back.

Never thought a Panera Bread could get less then 4 stars. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's new (especially the staff) and plenty of room for growth. Now with that being said my review hopefully wont be valid in 6 months or less. First off the location is great and it's a huge Panera Bread. (Sorry to see Quiznos shut down.) Anyways my gf & I went in the other day and placed our order. I asked the young girl helping us if my sandwich had certain condiments, and she actually had to flip through a cheat-sheet booklet!!! (how cute) No big deal, i'm kool with her making sure the order is correct.... Unfortunately it wasnt even though she had cliff-notes. There were a few younger guys making the food where you pick up your order and they were just yapping having a good time. Which is kool with me as well, but we received our soups borderline cold. Just boggles my mind how you serve soup cold, I would think that's hard to do. Either way the place was very clean, plenty of seating, and I'm sure worthy of 4 or 5 stars in the near future.

I LOVE Panera! I'm from the suburbs of Philadelphia and eat at my local Panera at least once a week! I was so excited to see a new one open up at the Deerfield Mall while visiting and sad to say, couldn't be more disappointed! The service was TERRIBLE! The staff all moved very slowly and I had to wait close to 15mins for a simple 1/2soup + 1/2 sandwich take out order. My take out soup was luke warm, and when I pulled my sandwich out of the bag, my 4year old child could have wrapped the sandwich nicer!! I could understand if they were busy, but it was dead! The staff at my Panera at home could run circles around this one. If they want to last in such a busy, money making shopping center they need to change management or step it up!
